Freya has dedicated herself to freestyle movement and dance for almost two decades.
Her curiosity about the transformative effects of movement to the body and mind, led her to seek guidance and lineage from Priestesses of elemental magic, Trance Dance Masters and Tantric Shamans.
Freya is an ordained priestess of the Iseum of the Living Muse.
She prides herself in creating safe atmospheres where people of all ages can move, dance and connect with the authentic Self.
